Help with free Trainz 2009

First of all, hello everyone, as this is my first post on this forum.

I'm having a problem with free Trainz 2009, which was available under this adress:

What is my exact problem?
Well, I write the serial number in the required label, however, the "Proceed" button refuses to work

This sounds like a permissions issue. Try running as administrator. Due to the age of the software, when you install and run TRS2009, run as administrator. If this doesn't work then there's something else going on that needs to be addressed. If you do get this working, let us know.
