Help needed for AMD settings and Traiz2019

Hi.

I apologize if this is not the correct section for posting this question but I need a little help for the settings of my AMD RX 580 (in eGPU mode) as I moved from Mac OS (where there aren-t all those settings) to Bootcamp for better performance. Here they are (in bold my actual settings in GAME SETTINGS / GLOBAL SETTINGS)
1) Anti Aliasing> App Settings / Enhance App Settings / Override App
2) AA Method> Multisampling / Adaptive multisampling / Supersampling
3) Morphological filtering OFF
4) Anisotropic filtering mode> App Settings / Override app settings
5) Texture filtering quality> Hihg / Standard / Performance
6) Surface format optimization> OFF
7) Wait for vertical refresh> Always Off / Off, unless applications specifies /

On, unless applications specifies / Always on / Enhanced Sync
8) OPENGL triple bufffering> ON
9) Shader cache> AMD Optimized / OFF
10) Tesselation mode> AMD optimized / Use Application settings / Override Applications settings
11) Chill> OFF / ON

I/m particularly lost on points 3/5/6/10/11.

If it may help I underline I-m running TRS2019 with overall settings to the medium parameters (High for texture quality) and distance betwwen 6 and 10 km on a MBpro 2018 i7 at 2,7 Ghz and AMD RX580/8GB eGPU.

majortom100967 - Been a while since I had an AMD card on my rig running Trainz, but, in principle, suggest change those options where you are overriding the Trainz settings (like Tesselation Mode/ Shader cache) back to App-controlled/ 'Use applications settings'.
Your settings for 3/5/6/10 look ok but not sure what 'Chill' is - this one is new to me.

Some of those other Radeon settings are way too aggressive for Trainz and will cause lag and other performance issues.
There's a brand new Radeon Software driver that came out this week that is definitely worth installing. It boasted offering more than 14% performance improvement in some games titles.
