Game Clock setting ?

Hello all:

Just got TRS19 ( Feb 2021) I am not finding any way to set or reset the "Game clock". A search in the "Help" and the forums only turned up something about a rule. It seems silly to have to go to an outside source just to set the clock. Bottom line is... I don't like driving at night when it's noon in real time. Seems to me that it should be simple... like "Control right click " change time to xx:xx.
Any suggestions?

When in driver
top menu row icon 7 from left (called window menu) there is Session Options, there you can set clock also
so its built-in but a little hard to find
