First Class Ticket

Hi and I hope you can answer this. I have TR09 and I get Content Manager v2.0 but have no download helper it does not light up and I don't know if First Class Ticket is working and helpdesk say it is and there are plenty that can help me is there some one that can tell me how to do it Mario.

Hi Mario,

Go to the settings menu where you put in your login information for CM2 to access the DLS. There should be your status information there. If not, see if you can update the program because I think this was fixed in the latest patch.
