FCT - Has Basic Function Changed?

I have my $70 TS19 no real issues beyond learning. However, the FCT plan raises the question - Will the basic First Class Ticket continue wherein it offers one (1) year of full speed download on an annual subscription basis?

Also, by buying ts19 I will receive no additional perks other than the ability to purchase the annual FCT full speed download service.

I concluded that I may have lost my FCT when I purchased TS19. The very convoluted description on my FCT page SEEMS to say that.

Downloaded restarted and it took off at high speed and within minutes it was down to 10KBS.

Does TS19 require a NEW FCT?

Only one FCT is required per MyTrainz username (not per Trainz version).
