Do we need TS2010 installed for multiplayer?

Hello All,

This question just popped into my head about 5 minutes ago. Anyways can someone please tell me if we need TS2010 installed to run the multiplayer beta? I understand we need the serial # registered to gain access to said beta, which mine is. But ultimately what I am wondering is will this multiplayer work as a standalone or an expansion to TS2010?

yes, u will need 10 to be installled on your computer
