Delete Trackmarks

I am starting to work on Seaview Railroad in Trainz 2019 and have added a Trackmark by mistake. How can I delete it? I have going into Track and the Trackmark is on the list. I push in Trainz the red "X" but nothing happens. How can I delete the Trackmark?

brucemarshall56 - Go to the site of the mistakenly placed track mark in Route edit mode.
You should be able to select the track mark icon onscreen in Surveyor Edit mode using the Get Track Mark (G) icon in conjunction with a left mouse click on the target red pyramid on screen - then use the '?' tool in the track marks dialog to make sure that it is indeed the right track mark (i.e. the mistaken one!) before blowing it away using the delete (red X) tool.
Main principle is: Select it first. Then apply the action.
You cannot just delete it from the list.
