Continuous Bell Noise In Entire Layout

I've been having a problem with 2 routes. The Toronto Subway V2 route by compudoc and the Santa Maria Route on gaurc.us.

There is some sort of railroad crossing bell noise that can be heard in the entire layout wherever you are. Does anybody know how to fix this? And for extra information, I am missing a few dependencies, and can that be the cause of this?
 
I don't have either route, so I can't comment on that, but it's hard to say if missing content would cause this type of problem. I would tend to say that it could, but I'm thinking both of those layouts may contain a bad piece of content...maybe the same one!
