Black Trains

I had just gotten a new computer and was going to download stuff from the dls, like I did on the last computer.I downloaded some SP equipment and went into the game. I got there and It was all black. The same is still happening. What do I do?

The box was already checked off. Is it possible that it is a patch issue?
