I figured the following is great for those who reskin content for trainz or any other simulator. I'm not sure how many know this but I just learned about this:
All students or teachers are eligible for the Student and Teacher Versions of most Adobe software. This includes High School, Junior High, and even Elementry school students and staff, not just college students or professors as I previously believed.
I just bought Photoshop CS5 Extended Student and Teacher Version. They just need current verification that you are indeed a student or teacher. I scanned my School ID and sent it to them and I just got my product registered. You can only use the serial number once.
