2010 traffic and start from content manager

hi,
have noticed that the moving cars on the roads to not seem to work in 2010 for me. I have changed settings in surveyor but to not avail.

Also, cannot launch trainz from the content manager screen as could before!

Is anyone else having these problems or is it just me???
