Hi i am  trying to patch trainz 12 from 46957 to 61388 but every time i click on the patch link the patch program tells me an error of FILE ERROR WHILE READING PATCH DATA. Does anyone know of anyway to fix this issue?

I was recently playing trainz and after I turned off my computer and restarted trainz a error in content manager says that everything I have downloaded has crashed while validating the asset. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this problem please!
