Where can I downlaod the service pack updates for TRS19 - when I previous posted about my error message about the patching error I was advised to download the patch and install it manually. I have search high and low and can not find the web page to downlaod the patches where is it please

one of my TRS19 versions reports as being 100464 and the other as 101618 on start up both first report as having patches available but the when you try to update then report there is not patch ??? what version should i be on and how do i get there ???? thanks

When up loading to the DLS I often get an error saying = Upload failed "NOT LOGGED IN" what is the fix to this ??? I am able to download off the DLS but not upload

This content fix started to download last night but for over 12 hours the machine has been sitting there with a message download complete, installing - but doing nothing
