Can anyone help. I have a new copy (on two discs ) which the first one loads then the second one does not. It's not recognised as being in the computer disk drive, therefore I can't finish loading the programme. I await help. awelland

Can you help. About 14000 of content is said to be downloaded which it is not. How can I cancel all this and start to access the content properly. Any ideas Content manager shows everthing loaded, but I have yet to load anything, so soon as I try to load the yellow bar comes up at the bottom...

I have had 2009 for some time, but I was just going to start using the downlaoder. But it comes up 'Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try later' I have now got over the first part of the problem as I now get downloads in white only. Any ideas how to finish the fullo...
