That very strange looking mound of dirt, jutting out in the middle of nowhere, inside the "Loop Ranch" is Private Property, is just begging for a resort mansion to be built atop it, they could have made a bundle renting it out weekly 
Now that we have drone cameras Tehachapi is glorious, but I bet the Loop Rancher's air rights prohibit all drone operations over their property

17 E44s were acquired by the Silver Lines after Conrail shutdown their electrification in 1981. These were upgraded and rebuilt between June 1981 and August 1982 where, now painted in phase 4c and christened with numbers E30 to E46, they joined the GE Motors and Little Joes (and the E33s the next year) in hauling coal and freight through West Virginia. In the late 80s and early 90s, the wires expanded northwards from Parkersburg and into Columbus and Cleveland each. The EF4s and E44s migrated out this way first and got plenty of opportunities to finally stretch their legs.
Here, we find E44 E30 and EF4 E75 rolling a train eastbound. Mostly hoppers, but plenty of mixed freight strewn within.
