What build of TS12 are you at? 46957? If so you may need to be patched to the latest build which is 49922.

Service Packs: http://www.auran.com/servicepacks/#TS12

EDIT: this has been verified to fix your problem noted above. Just make sure to then right click on the cab mechanism and click on view errors/warnings. This will validate the asset again and clear the error.

This seems a little late, but I just noticed the other day that my UP SD70M lacks the horn up-top of the engine?

Redownload this one from your My Downloadable Products section and overwrite, you must have got it early before we fixed this quick.
 
What's the freeware? Is one of the locos pictured the freeware?
