The Avery to Drexel route by Tume is built-in, in TS2010, along with the appropriate locomotives.
At this time, the route is not available for Trainz Simulator 12, however we may look into this in future. The locomotives included in TS2010 are available for free download from the Download Station for those with Trainz Simulator 12.
However, I do not believe the 'Bipolar' locomotives have been produced by anyone yet?

Tume has made a Milwaukee Road EP-2 "Bipolar" and is continuing to work on this, aswell for other equipment he has made for the Milwaukee Road, and will be released sometime in the future.
