It's a picture of a Bachmann model I think and Bachmann isn't known for having accurate details on all it's models.

how about JR make high quality cabs designed for use on other non JR models such as an acela cab for the tolaris acela express or a GE widecab interior to replace the unrealistic DDA40X interior that the creator used?

There isn't much point to that, because those are both rather dated models, and creating a super-realistic interior for an old model, doesn't make much sense - at least not to me. Also, the DDA40X is from EMD, not GE.

Three things I would love to see from JR:
1940's and 1950's era content and sessions for the Mojave Subdivision
Alternate version of Tehachapi based on the proposed 1912 second alignment for the pass known as the Mojave and Bakersfield Railroad (take a look at John R. Signor's Tehachapi: Southern Pacific-Santa Fe page 56)
And more western steam!
