Small Layout WIP

*Before anyone comments, I spent the last 20 minutes looking for the WIP Thread & I couldn't find it. That's why I made this thread for my project*


A small project I'm working on the could be made into a reasonably sized HO or N Layout for an apartment or a bedroom.

Overhead shot:

Shot from the the West side of the yard:

Up the West Side Hill:

Rock Cuts on the NE Part:

Last shot for now, East End of the Yard, Including the siding for the coal powered Engine Shed:

This was all done in about 4-5 hours. I came back the next day & added switch machines to all of the switches in the layout.
Feedback is accepted for this, as I plan to do more if anybody wants to give me an idea to play with.

Not bad. But the first pic looks like a ummm. Yeah. Lol. :hehe:

Haha WCL. *Slow clap* Very funny.

I actually never noticed that until now. I might as well fix it, as I think the right side of the layout is a bit too tight for a realistic look.

Lol. Well it was funny how it was worded and the pic is a dead give away. :hehe: It's just for sheets and giggles. Have a sense of humor. Lol

That's just the kind of layout I've been clamoring for! I know what you mean about the first pic, although I wish I didn't!:hehe:

Well, V2 is finally here. List of changes here, next post will be all screenshots.

V2 Upgrades/Add-Ons:
1: Added baseboards & main line running space
2: Small Industrial Area added. (Only 2 industries)
3: Town area started.
4: Updated ballast texture.
5: Made minor changes to add detail to certain areas.
6: Updated Bumping Posts (Thanks RRMods for the Hayes Style Buffers)

Work List for V3:
1: Signal System
2: Detailing Texture plots
3: Start Town
4: SCENERY!
5: Add Easter Eggs.

Stay tuned for the screenshots!

EDIT: Tell me if you have any tips for making towns or texturing, I'm still an n00b at it.
