Problems! - Please help!

So I been playing Trainz 2010, I re-started my computer today and when I loaded Trainz 2010 it stated the following.. "You have not entered a valid serial number" etc.. However I have...2 years ago and it's been fine. Now the best part is I can't login to auran.com - but I can login to the forums? Someone please help? The passwords should CLEARLY be the same?

Why does Trainz do this to me?

The passwords are NOT the same between auran.com and the forum.

I go to "reset my password" to my email it - nothing emails me? but the email is in their system..

Your serial should've been emailed to you, that's how I found mine back when re installing it.

I don't have it.. from a long time ago..
