Installing add on

I have TS 2009 and 2012 I paid for and downloaded an add on ( Blue Comment) But when install the exe file it said it had finished . But it does not show up in the sessions in 2012 .
I even looked to see if it might just be in 2009 ( was not there ) I checked the files in explorer 2009 and 2012 was not in there also . What did I do wrong or did not do ?

The Blue Comet is not a session. Did you register it into your TS12? (Options -> Add.)

Also, when looking for the Blue Comet in Surveyor or Railyard you need to look under "CNJ" for said content.

Click "QuickDrive" on a route of your choosing, then check the consist list. Blue Comet will be there in a few varieties. Same thing can be said for the Aerotrain, Duchess, and Coronation Scot DLC packs.

As stated above, you have to add the serial number in the same place as the serial number for the game(launcher>options) Then you may need to do an extended database repair.
