The original site where this and other items by "coutumariee" on his site "MilitaryTrainz" has recently closed, there is a thread on the Forum about it.
You are in luck though as he made an arrangement with "Steve Flanders".

First time posting here, but here's a picture of a kitbash I've kinda been working on for months.
Send smyers a PM asking for it and he'll send you a mediafile link to a .zip file containing the route and a .txt file listing all the third-party deps. You'll need content from The Backshops, but it's actually on Approach Medium's website under 'TBS Legacy Assets': https://www.approachmedium.com/
Thanks very much Smyers. You have made an amazingly realistic and "grungy" look which I love and have learned from as well.
I always enjoy getting to see more of your amazing work on your other routes too.
Glad you were able to track down Goliath. I didn't realise the original site was down. It's an amazing model which (I think) really suits the style of your route.

Yes, the grungy look, unfortunately part of the railroad scene in mid-century USA inner cities, at least in my experience...
A bit exaggerated, perhaps, in my routes, but it was a reality for a time. Much inspiration comes from Earl Smallshaw and George Sellios in HO. This is a different route, under development.

The creator is actively working to turn the website into a 'self-sustaining' sort of thing, where the content will pay the weebly bill each month. Hear it from the horse's mouth here.
My bad... Always had to jump to conclusions...
