Dave, It's something I made. Been working on it off and on for some time now. Just yesterday I started on the tender behind it. Enjoy, Don

What a fantastic shot Don! That is a really nice scene. May I ask what asset you are using for your water?

    Thanks,

    Paul

Circa early 1930s, two of the mighty Southern Railway Ts-1 USRA Light Mountain types pass each other at speed. 1479 is pulling the famous Crescent Limited, thecars decked out in the famous two-tone green paint scheme.

Looks really nice! Those Southern Mountains remind me of the old Train Artistan models for MSTS many years ago.

Thank you! The Mountains are gorgeous aren't they? Train Artisan actually used to have a Southern Ts-1 model available a long time ago.

Thanks Don. I am looking for a good alternate to just painting the rivers on to the terrain in mountainous settings. I would much rather texture the base and put a transparent water spline over it.

I've been enjoying all of your recent shots. Nice Job! Thanks for sharing them.

The L&A Angel has just left Cincinnati Union Terminal and starting her run for Charleston SC. She'll be there in 25 hours.

Passing through the "bottoms" of Cincinnati.

Clearing town so time to open up the throttle.

Passing Lunkin airport at 60 MPH. Just a mile from the the famous 4 track mainline a.k.a. L&A speedway and 100 mph running!

The Angel is blasting by Coney Island at a 100 MPH
