How did you get the T&P Eagle 933 fault free in game because when I downloaded it I get a number of the tga files are compressed and wont show up.

The only problem I found was the whistle I believe. I replaced that in the config.txt and all was golden. (in TANE BTW)

Norm,
Love the T&P engines. They look great in your pictures. Is there a T&P route somewhere? I didn't see one in the DLC.

Cmoehrle,
I've had your CB&Q engines for a while now and enjoyed them greatly. These alternative FEF's for the T&P are really cool. I'd have never known about them had Normhart not showcased them in his shots. I love them. :Y:

I had to dance around and make some substitutions to get them past the faulty stage, but they are running nicely now.

I was checking routes by Maxwerks and the Abilene route popped up. I will check that one out for sure.

Thanks,
Heinrich505

Ah, yes, I feel so loved when seeing my "Alternate Texas" engines. :Y:

Plus, you gotta download the T&P 4-8-2 from here to get that whistle; http://trainzforge.weebly.com/sg-steam.html

I had intended to download those 4-8-2s from the TrainzForge site years ago and somehow forgot. When they popped up on the DLS I grabbed them, they are gorgeous! I knew where the blue and white came from right away, remembering whitepass' T&P Baggage car. I could not figure out where the green came from until I started to dig into T&P stuff on the DLS.

Euphod's Mountain. :D

BTW for those who are into the T&P

Colorado71 has a T&P Berkshire included in his LLW Berkshire pack and has four T&P 2-10-4 packs available as payware on his site. https://colorado71.webs.com/

Edit: I do have Abiline installed but these screenies were shot on Ashland Central, my go to route for any screenshots of any railroad that does not have an expansive route.

Edit again; As soon as I had posted the above I realized that something was nagging at my memory...

On the TrainzForge site there is a wonderful T&P Eagle train set by ulmer94 http://trainzforge.weebly.com/passenger.html (not many train sets include the high speed mail boxcars)

There ya go, a beautiful piece of alternate Texas History! Now, it's quite obvious that naming these beauties "Northern's" would be considerably sacrilegious among the Texans, so, I pretty much designated them to be "San Jacinto's," after the cataclysmic 1836 ambush by vengeful Texans that annihilated the Mexicans, under the nefarious Gen. Santa Anna, the victor of the Alamo. Appropriate, is it not?

A test of my PC
