This was supposed to be a question to identify a train but I can't seem to be able to put pictures of my hard drive into the message.

it just has the address with around it... used the 'insert image' button in the middle shortcut bar.

E.G: [/SIZE][COLOR=#808080][I][IMG] C:\Users\guest\Docs\Train_ETC_1097.jpg[/I][/COLOR]

But didn't work, just printed text. Also tried cut & paste wouldn't work.

Can someone help....

P.S. when I do get it to work, where should I post a question about identifying a 1040's locomotive?

Hi Cam,

If it has at the start/end, you can paste it directly into a post without needing to use the Insert Image button

EDIT: If it's to do with identifying a locomotive, probably the Prototype Talk forum.

read the stickies in the screen shots area - = - you can not share a image off your computer - you need to have a on line host -

As the previous user wrote: Your image will have to be hosted on the internet in order for you to be able to use those image tags and for us to be able to view it.

Do you know of any (reputable) train websites I might post the locomotive to get it identified?

The train is from the 1940's, NSW Australia.
