Problem with Jointed Rail's CSX SD70MAC - MEGA PACK

I downloaded the CSXSD70MAC - MEGA PACK from Jointed Rail which is supposed to have animated wipers which are activated by Alt comma (front wipers) andAlt period (rear wipers).


I thought I downloaded all of the dependencies (EMD_Widecab_mechanism_type_1_TS12.cdp<kuid2:45324:90200:2 >, Locomotive sound effects library.cdp and Jointed Rail Train Effects library.cdp <kuid2:45324:555200:5 >for TS 12.


EMD Wide Cab ph2 wipers,<kuid2:45324:85401:1> and EMD Wide Cab rear wipers,<kuid2:45324:85402:1> are installed yet the wipers do not operated (animate).


Any suggestions?
