Trainz Serial Numbers. Won't Work! Can Anyone Help?

Hello Everyone,

I had to re-install Trainz 10 and 12 to test out my new laptop, but now I get a message that tells me the serial numbers are not valid. I have typed every character off the back of the book, and it tells me to check if I'm entering english characters and my serial number is invalid. I'd like to re-install trainz 10 again due to the fact my laptop cannot handle 12 very well.


Can anyone help?

Go into your Planet Auran profile and go to the Serial Numbers screen. Copy-and-paste them. That should take care of any issues.

Or, is new Laptop Windows 7? Need to install and run as Administrator, Right click, run as Administrator.
