Hi everyone! While I get my computer fixed, I have been thinking about creating a freelance route, set around Pennsylvania during the Steam-Diesel transitional era, which gives me an excuse to run my PRR Steamers. Anyways, I'm more used to the modern railroad so is there anything specific I should know? For example, what signals were used by the PRR in the 40's and 50's, maximum gradients, how many coal hoppers a steamer can pull depending on the wheel arrangement, and so forth.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
