Missing KUIDS from Lothar Hake

I'm missing the following KUIDS, and am at a total loss where to find them, any advice would be immensely appreciative

They are all 'Built-In' content in TS2010.

Intriguing, I've added the 2010 .ja files to TRS2012, done the serial number etc, so it *should* see them..yet it does not - odd...thanks for that, I'll keep trying to work out how to get them to display.
