Installing old Content in a Fresh installation of Trainz

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a powerful new computer and swaping from XP to Windows 7. I had TRS09 on my old computer and i have the old Hardrive in my new PC and was wondering how to i transfer the content without reinstalling everything? Do i copy the local folder or something? PLEASE TELL ME.

If Trainz is on your old hard drive then leave it there and run it from the old hard drive. Just go into the Trainz folder and right click on the Trainz exe file to create a shortcut on your desktop. Trainz will run much better from it's own separate hard drive away from windows, just don't forget to set it to run as Administrator. :wave:

The problem is that I have Steam integrated with 09. Is their another way to do this? Steam was integrated on the old PC too.
