Adrenaln Rush by BigK

Hi Folks, I have this scenario called Adrenalyn Rush by author BigK, 2006. The way bill tasks are heavy, however it falls on it's ass about 1 hr in as you need to move petrol fuel to key industries. I cannot find this fuel depot anywhere on the route, nor are there any drive to instructions for one. Because of lack of petrol fuel, some key industries can no longer operate bringing it all to a standstill. Anyone familiar with this session / route, and if so can you advise how I can rectify this?
