Due to spamming issues, the VicTrainz forums went over to a 'manual account activation' system last year.
Unfortunately, every day we get a good 50-100 spam accounts that attempt to register, and this makes finding legitimate accounts extremely difficult.
As such, if your account hasn't been registered within a week or two, please put a post here.

Note, some inactive accounts could also get removed inadvertently. I would suggest trying to login after a week or so, and if it says that your account doesn't exist, then please try registering again
