To remove it from sessions..
Click up top in surveyor so you get the rules list (looks like a list, next to the drivers head), you'l see the Quickdrive rule in there, just select and delete it. You should probably remove the consists one also as thats for Quickdrive.
To set the time and other settings without quickdrive, in the rules window click Add and find 'Startup options' and click the tick..then select it and click Edit.. You should know what to do by then!
