I have not been successful in getting trainzbuild 2.9 locos to show up in TRS2006 (trainzbuild 2.6) ... perhaps I am missing something. ... even though I have changed the trainzbuild to 2.6 of all of the loco' dependencies.

Could you send me an example of a config file changes, on exactly how to change a trainzbuild 2.9 loco ... so that the config file is TRS2006 compatable ?

Riverrun is the one that has been successful getting them to run in 2004. A PM to him can help you out.
