New Site: Great American Underground Railway Co.

Great American Underground Railway Co. (GAURC)
http://gaurc.us

Currently carrying a torch for TRS2006, but will most likely switch over to TC as soon as I have it in my hands.

My primary interest is route development, specifically 2 projects in modern-day American Southwest (Arizona.) I lived in this area for about 10 years while working as a Division Manager for a BNSF crew shuttle contractor. I had an opportunity to become very familiar with BNSF landmarks and operations.

My site offers the same things most sites offer... links, photos, video, a forum, reference material on prototypes, downloads, etc.

I don't have any custom content of my own... yet. But, I have 2 major projects in the works and expect to offer at least one high-quality, prototypical route soon.

The site is less than a month old, but has received almost 1900 hits to date according the webstats (I just recently thought to add a counter on the home page~duh!) Still "under construction," but updated and expanded almost daily.

While my interest is primarily North American (US) railroading, I am facinated by railroads in far-away lands and encourage everyone to visit. I love to exchange ideas and information, and would like to see my site become a hub for developing new friendships within the Trainz community, and possibly locating someone who would like to collaborate on my project(s).

Just a reminder, I do need the following information when adding fan sites.

1. The title of your site.
2. The site description.
3. The site URL (address, e.g. http://www.auran.com)
4. The site authors name.
5. The site authors email address.

Cheers.

Alan

a little off topic, is the listing in the trainz classics site in any particular order? I was looking for the TPR site an had to read the listing 3 or 4 tmes before I found it.

Little off topic too, but i went to evey site for steam locos alot are still outdated i forgot what one it was but it tried attaching a virus to my computer. i think it was 1 of the 300-900 sites of votes. Just to say so the link can be deleted what ever one it is Alan_Yoemans,And eveyone watch out for it also.

The Trainz Classics Fan Site List needs to be in Alphabetical order. It is very frustrating at the moment. Presumably it was a cut and paste from the previous most popular order. I think we are past that stage now.

Alan, my site has had to move, due to railsa changing servers and not being able to host it anymore. New details are as follows.

New Site:
1. ZecRail Workshops
2. The ZecRail workshops, where you can find most of the projects underway by Zec Murphy.
3. http://www.victrainz.com.au/s301
4. Zec Murphy
5.email addy:

Thanks

I've noticed that the website has a big side menu which you can't scroll down to the fansites unless you can decrease the screen size. Also The websites don't seem to have been updated.

Alan --

My old website "Trainz Custom Paint Works"

does not exist anymore. If you would, please remove it from the links page.

If you could PM me when this is done, It would be much appreciated.

Brownlow Flats Railway Wokshops Website

Alan.

My website is up and running. The link is below. I have to add some more things to it, particularly on the home page, but it is largely ready for traffic.

http://www.freewebs.com/brownlow_flats_railway_workshops/

There is a forum available on it for people to post things, whether they be about Trainz, or Trains. You have to register before you can post though.

Cheers from the Demonlord

P.S. anyone from the Trainz community, please visit.
