Not an expert here but has anybody like Shane noticed that Lightsout56 system details say he is is running DirectX 11. Does he not need to install DirectX 9.0C from Microsoft? Also have you tried to run it in both DirectX and OpenGL since sometime one of them works and the other does'nt.

I'm suprised that I didn't comment on that at the time, but I do not know if the OP still uses the forum, gauging by the post dates.

Lights0ut56: If you do read this, check your DirectX version, and use my sticky thread in this forum to update it.

Sorry, I did not realise that this was an old thread reactivated yesterday about an unrelated mac problem.

No problem - its usually new users that cause that problem. Perhaps a forum etiquette thread is needed.

If both users are still reading this, it might help if they registered their versions of Trainz to their accounts. If they did register but their 'stations' are not showing up, it might be useful to contact the tech support.

I got problems in Trainz 2009. I updated that game from build 37625 to 38017 1st. 2nd, I updated that game again. But this time, it's from build 38017 to 40040. I imported JR contents. When I run those trains, the game is freezing and it says "Trainz (Not Responding)" in taskmgr.exe. Can anyone got that same problem? like me.

It should stop crashing however if you're installing content it may still freeze temporarily.

I hope Build 44653 of my Trainz 2009 working properly. I was updating Trainz 2009 now. I hope you're right, Herlev and Shane.
