Helpdesk Backlog Update - June 2011

Good Afternoon All
As many of you know, we have been experiencing a large backlog of tickets for some time.

We are pleased to say that over the last 1.5 months we have greatly reduced the backlog of tickets, and that the delay is now down to approximately 1 month (note, there are still some slightly older tickets, however these have been left due to need for further investigation for them).

We will still be working to reduce this delay as much as possible.

Again, we do thank you for your patience whilst we work to clear the backlog of tickets.
