GTA Cars

I just wanted to know if someone could make the GTA Subway cars if they had the time.

GTA IV Subway Cars???? I have worked with GTA SA and i have do some objects and later have played it in the game. The car,objects,peds extension is .dff for the mesh and TXD for the texture files and in GTA IV .wtd for mesh and .wtf for the textures. With 3dsmax they can be imported in any file extension or game.
