Screenshots onto post screen

Simple question perhaps, but how do I post some screenshots onto this page in the forum? I want to show my own creation of routes to others, but do not know how to do it. Please give me step by step instructions.

Per #4 at the above link, "Host then Post" is a good site to upload your picture, it's the one all the "big shots" use!

There are others, of course, like Imageshack, just beware the the one you choose does not link to unsavory sites...
