where can i get the coaches?

Pennsylvania suffered severe irreparable erosion due to total clearcutting and strip mining ... the forests in Pa are stunted forever and most trees are small, scrubby, stickerbush, dilllweed, straggly, and resemble Trainz Gum Trees. Most of the beautiful Trainz trees, do not exist in the Altoona Johnstown area any longer.

The "Curve" cliff is ignious rock like Granite, and Gray/Red Shale is all over in cuts.

Iceman2117 StoneShed is at the "Curve", Alto Tower Renameable, UN Tower Boarded Up, PRR Cabin Tower, and Creston Tower, BNCR Cabin Tall, all fit in well.

Tracks (outermost) 4 & 3 are generally WB on the "Curve" ... track 2 has been torn out and is a central gravel MOW access trail, and Track 1 is the Pittsburgh Track for Eastbounds from Pittsburgh.

The Grade Separation at Tunnelhill-Bridge over the (Muleshoe Secondary trackage which is also is torn up) is not tree lined and pristine, as it is gravel, rocky, and weed strewn.

The fence around the PRR K4 and GP has always been 8 foot tall, silver chain link cyclone fence, topped with barbed wire, and the "Curve" fence has always been black wrought iron pointy spiked topped ... now it is flimsy aluminium spiked fence @ 5 foot tall.

The PRR Signals are lower in height http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc339/cascaderailroad/310.jpg

If you need information on the Cresson Flyover (also torn out) I will send it to you. http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc339/cascaderailroad/CressonFlyover.jpg

Thanks I'll be sure to check that out.:) The curve would be the most awesome spot to live near, it would be great just going down there every now and then.

where can i get the coaches?
Try here, it took me a while to find all the dependencies but there worth it.

Handy info...
Thanks for all the info Cascade, u certainly seem to know your stuff! I'll grab the objects you suggested now.

Thanks again for all the feedback everyone, next weekend I might see if i can do a video or something for you all. Never tried it before but how hard can it be?:D

Very nice. I am making a horse shoe curve route to but this one looks better! I can't seem to get the hills right.

Being that several of us have 06 ... editing routes between us, by sending CDP's back and forth, would be advantagious ... I could edit your route(s) and make subtle changes ... and send it back to you for your approval and future work.

A large CDP can be zipped up in a Zip File, and sent by E-Mail.

Gonna show off some more brilliant content from Jointedrail.com again, if anyone doesnt yet know Joe just released a weathered version of his spine cars which fit perfectly on my route:D

Nit Picking, and Picking Ticks

I don't know whether it is 09 that makes it look so darn good ... or you are just better at this than me.

The "Curve" StoneShed is a little closer to the tracks and a window is not facing the railfan area.

Also there is a short MOW parking spur on this right side of the MG Tower, off of track #4

Your pictures look so real ... that I think I picked up ticks, (which is par for he course up at MG Tower).

Super Job ! Very Impressive !

What are your gradients like ? Are they true to the prototype ? The track from Antis to Alto is @ 0.41%, from Alto to Brickyard it is 1.22%, 0.12% at the Sag, and 1.47%, (there is a Sag just before the big curve bfore Brickyard), the main trackage from Brickyard to the Curve is @ 1.75%, the curve itself is 1.45%, therafter to Bennington is @ 1.75%, the Slide is 2.36% up to the higher Tunnelhill/Portage Tunnel bore, 1.82% up to the lower Tunnelhill/Allegheny Portal. I think the tunnels are: Portage Bore is 1.39%, & Allegeheny Bore is 1.00% inside. The Galitzin bore is now vacant and fenced off.

The big sweeping curve at Tunnelhill is Salpino Curve, named after the late Oscar Salpino: PRR Pittsburgh Track Foreman, and self appointed caretaker of the "Curve".
