DEM Color Help

Okay so I have downloaded a DEM map that I want to work with. Can someone tell me what the colors mean? Or point me to a thread or post that can help? I have tried searching but havent come up with anything.

The blinding Turqouse/Aqua is RR's

Navy Blue is water

Red & Black are roads and boundries & buildings.

I can tell you how to get rid of the blinding Agua, and swap it with a brown or gray HOG tile, but I don't want to add to the confusion right now.
In trainzoptions file adding the line -surveyorfov=125 is useful for a fish eye, far away field of view. the numeral can be edited, up to =185 ... (to =55 which is default.)

Tiger Lines:
Red = Roads, Big line = big road, small line = small road
Blue = Rivers, Shorelines
Black = Political Boundaries, (counties etc.)
Teal = Rail lines
Light green = Small streams
