if it is from mchawkman, read the license section it states that you may upload a repaint as long as you only upload to DLS. trust me you have permission as long as you follow the rules, i know this because i am working with him on these.

The heritage unit is really nice, but it isn't the right configuration that the NS ES44AC units are in. The blue also needs to be a dark,fresh color. (I don't want to come off as condensending) but until and IF JR releases the ES44AC in an NS configuration this will have to do.
 
the NYC SD70ACe would be awesome too...but I can't tell if it's sporbust's freeware engine or one of JointedRail's payware ones: I'm positive the Norfolk Southern engine in front is the latter.

anyway, I'll take what I can get. Not Like I've ever released anything I've been working on anyway :hehe: :eek:
