Show off your reskins!

I got colorado71's B&A Berkshire and reskinned it to make it look like a NYC locomotive. I also upgraded its smoke and steam appearance, and changed its whistle and enginesound. I also changed its e-spec so it has 4 chuffs per revolution. And i did some paint work as you see in the photo.

The picture below are of a fictional Class 1 Railroad I created in 1988 for my model trains. I actually wrote a book about the fictional history which was the inception of the railroad in 1888.

The loco Color scheme of the units below is a Blood Orange (60% orange/ 40 red). The paint chip I used to pick the shade (which is actually on my model HO locos is Chevy Orange/Red #1607).

(1) Since these Pics were taken weeks back, I have since adjusted the hue on the assets by a couple points leaning more toward Orange - but not my much. I didn't want any Cheesy Orange or Pumpkin Orange shade.

(2) The GP38-2's were originally blue undecs by Dave Snow, who helped me with a fan housing issue, and learning curve of mine, on those units. That aside, the units are, for the most part, completed - which still need to be tweaked.

That's the big root problem ... instead of doing things right, and politely ... people now days just do not care how they do things, and just slap things together with a rather pointless Quote button: "Right on. Truly nice work." including the same identical image, posted right on top of the OP's original post

If there had been 10 pictures, we would have had to look at 20 pictures ... that's "The Big Deal"

And using "Advanced Edit" (A/A), I can delete image tags, and delete all my post wording ... Cut/Copy/Paste, or by highlighting the text, and typing over the original wording: "Post Edited"
