You need to upload the image to a hosting site like Imgur and copy/paste the URL of the image file or the image itself into a forum post. Or if your screenshots are automatically uploaded to the Trainz Gallery, it can be copy/pasted from there. As asinine as I think it is, the forum does not have direct photo uploads.
