That's the fuel tender for CloakedGhost's Turbine. Just search "UP turbine" in the DLS and it should show up.

Hey, I just searched "Up turbine" on the DLS and I did not find anything

If you are lookng for "cloakedghost275" tender for the UP TURBINE then go to the dls black pages. Make sure to tick 2004 and search for username "cloakedghost275" and on the second page you will find the download for UP Auxiliary Tender (KUID: 76096:4).
Hope this helps. I have it running in TS12 with no problems.
