Server issues during this week

Good Morning All
Unfortunately, we have been experiencing issues with our database server(s) since late last week. Our admin has been working to sort this as quickly as possible, however it is taking longer that we would prefer (unfortunately, this is also effecting reply times for the helpdesk, since we are unable to access some sections of the website quickly).

At this time, uploaded asset may not be processed, so as to help prevent the DLS system from 'losing' them.

I will attempt to post an update here when I receive one.

These issues should now be fixed. If you do still see these issues, then please let us know (either via the helpdesk, or create a thread in the 'DLS/FCT' forum section).

It appears that there may still be some issues with the servers, and as such you may find that you are unable to log into the auran.com website for a little while.

We are working to have this fixed as soon as possible.
