Never heard of it. Auran (N3V predecessor) was the creator of the Paintshed program which, as Shane pointed out, was a part of Trainz 2006 and some earlier versions.
Reskinners (people who repaint rolling stock items into new colours or liveries) now use Photoshop, GIMP and similar graphics packages for the task.
