In TS12 Calm water <kuid:-1:6353> obsoletes <kuid:-1:8009>. If the one you're looking for doesn't turn up I could upload a version that obsoletes <kuid:-1:8008>. Think water1 is about the same just brighter blue.
Unfortunately, it does not work. See post #18 on previous page.
I’ve used PEV’s Archive Index utility to list all the contents of the config files within the Data.ja file of UTC but there’s no instance of <kuid:-1:8008>. So I think it’s not even in that ja file anyway. No idea where UTC kept its “base” files.

That would be good Rob. Although I wish n3v would put <kuid:-1:8008> itself on the DLS to properly prevent this needless “missing asset” situation. They just n3ver seem to tie up the loose ends.
No. These are the .ja files that contain all the built-in assets and are used in the early days for the purchased DLC. To bring in the older built-in assets, not found in TS12 for example, we would copy in the .JA files into the install after renaming them accordingly so the don't overwrite something in error. We would then be prompted for the serial number for that version in order to access those files.
