by the way the BN EMD when i go to buy it says 1 item to dload will that mean i'll only be able to use 1

If you are still having problems with your loco from jointedrail showing up red in ts2009 or ts2010 you need to download this file here http://www.jointedrail.com/temp/Locomotive_Dependencies.cdp and it will fix the dependencies.
