    Default Uk Chinley & Peak Forest Rly

    Thought I'd show some shot of my latest route.

    It's a DEM based route of the former Midland Railway between Peak Forest and Chinley. Part 1 covers Disley Tunnel to Cowburn Tunnel and Dove Holes Tunnel, including Chinley and Gowhole Yard. Anyway onto the shots:

    Trans pennine dmu's, the dreaded metro-vicks, blue pullmans, Suburban coaches and whiff of steam, those were the days. Routes looking good too!!

    Shame all we have got left is the walk from Millers Dale to Monsal Head, still, they do a good pint at the Hotel

    Thanks - it's a great bit of railway to work on.

    Yes I am planning to release it to the DLS, it'll be for TS2009 with TC3 added in. I'm doing it in smaller sections so that I actually get it finished. It's taken a month so far on and off....
